Job Summary

As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for taking new product concepts and creating a cohesive UX-driven approach to establishing high-fidelity interface designs that work elegantly across a wide spectrum of devices ranging from desktops to mobile devices. You will process feedback from stakeholders and customers to design wireframes that describe the user’s pathway and convert them into high-fidelity vision prototype mockups.

You will be supporting the Director of Innovation for Product in multiple product and project design needs


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze product and market segmentation including consumer preferences.

  • Communicate with stakeholders on 

  • Ability to create mind maps, flows and design structures with high fidelity mockups.

  • Deliver UI mockups, prototypes, MVPs and final products by being the voice of the customers.

  • Ability to make complicated problems visually simple and self-explanatory.

  • Create both functional and appealing beautiful features that address our customer's needs

  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

  • Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design to enhance the user experience

  • Collaborating effectively with the product, engineering, and management teams.


Requirements

  • 3+  years of experience working as a UX researcher.

  • Understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during the product development process.

  • Ability to prepare projects under tight timelines.

  • Can solely operate on projects, producing applicable insights.

  • Use UX tools, understand quantitative and qualitative data for decision making

  • Worked on Figma,Figjam, Miro and other tools to showcase UX observations

  • Ideally PST timezone

  • Experience with Figma, Figjam, Miro, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

  • Previous experience dealing with multiple type of projects

  • Able to communicate clearly 

  • Ability to work with the North American Team ( hours adjusted) 

  • Has worked on
    UX - Competitive Research, Wireframing
    Web/Moble  - Websites, Business Applications, Mobile design (iOS/AND)
    Digital -  Identity, Branding, Presentations etc.
